Jun 15, 2023 · Amazon Prime Video. TCL Roku Smart TV. I have this problem too. Happens on my TCL Roku smart TV only with Prime Videos and any sub-streaming service that I've purchased through Prime. Very frustrating. I moved all my other streaming services such as Acorn and BritBox and MHz to Roku. That didn't help.
