Since there are so many issues with BO2 but the symptoms are all the same. There are many fixes available but are scattered across multiple places. I'm hoping to compile all known fixes so people aren't digging around blindly. Note I will rarely discuss specific issues because most issues are black screen/bsod/slow/etc but may be resolved via different methods.
