Hi ladies, I'm approximately 8 DPO. Last night I had a glob of yellow, snot like CM on the outside of my cervix. I'm not itchy or showing other signs of any type of infection. Before my O date, I had paste like CM. On O date, I had one large glob of EWCM. I then had paste like CM again until 5DPO, at which point it changed over to watery CM.It means you have extremely creamy and thick cervical mucus But seriously, it could mean anything. Progesterone does some weird stuff to the body, even if you aren’t pregnant. At 5dpo, I’d say wait it out a bit longer before reading into anything. This comes from someone who has had the same thing the past 2 cycles despite usually being dry.The normal basal body temperature on the 5 DPO is approximately 0.3-0.5 °C (0.54–0.9 °F) higher than the average temperatures that were before ovulation. Let us assume it is BT 36.4 °C (97.52 °F) in the first phase, and in the second 36.7-36.9 °C (98.06-98.42 °F). This is a good difference and that means there is progesterone.
