Jake brake and cruise control doesn't work. There is power to dash switchs for jake and cruise. Power to the clutch sensor. Clutch sensor was tested and checked out OK.

When the switch starts to go bad, the switch will not ground fully and cause the issues you are having. The truck thinks the brake is partially applied, but not fully engged and allowing the 2 systems to work. My cruise control (2011 journey) was not working.
