If anybody is wondering, moving the needle clip and resetting the mixture screw made a huge difference in cold starting. Put the washer on the bolt and then thread the nut on and tighten it down. Take the whole thing over to a bench grinder and grind the tip of the bolt down to be like a straight-slot screwdriver.1.
