The performance side is a bit trickier because it depends your computer, but my advice would be try both Yuzu and Ryujinx and see which one performs better for you. On a ryzen 7 3600x, 16gb ram, 3060ti I run it with the update 1.1.0 and the vulcan fixV2 and pre loaded shaders of the full map which is around 35000ish shaders.
