My test shut-off at 83's and now I'm losing hope of passing. Some of my friends took 75 and 265 questions and passed.I took the NCLEX PN today and it shut off at 85 questions! I feel as though I was either completely awesome and 85 Q's was enough or did terribly and an extra 100 Q's couldn't even save me! This subreddit helped me SO MUCH that i wanted to share how i studied and nclex experiece to those planning to take the exam. I studied for 1.5months, using Uworld, Mark K, and High Yield podcast. Uworld questions are very similar to the actual exam, and I highly recommend it! I mixed all the questions every time 50-85 questions per day.I recently took the NCLEX-RN and mine shut off at 150Q and I am A BIT freaking out. I know getting all 150 questions doesn't necessarily mean it's a bad thing but I can't help but compare to others who got their exam shut off at 85Q. I thought the exam was challenging but not impossible. I graduated in Dec and been using Archer/ATI to study.My test shut off at 104 questions and I felt much more comfortable this time around then last time where I had not studied nearly as much. I took an assessment test on uworld couple days before and the predictor gave a 68% and a good likelihood of passing. I averaged 49-50% on my uworld. Took my nclex this morning, shut me off after 79 questions. I had ~20 select all that apply, a lot of priority questions but also a lot of random stuff too. Did the Pearson trick a few minutes after the email and got the good pop up. Pray for me that it's accurate 🥲The questions were long, with a lot of reading and it just kept getting more difficult for me. I had so many case studies, a few bow tie questions, and no math problems. Once I passed 85 questions and it didn’t shut off, I felt defeated and sad. I took a break, and came back to it. Near the very end, the questions got easier for me.
