They were in the process of developing 365 but didn't get it done in time before the ATF 80% came into effect. With the rule, JSD decided to stop selling the 320 and stop developing the 365. When the TDL is rotated to 7 o'clock, the takedown safety lever is moved rearward, which lowers the sear, so the slide can be removed. Your sear is in the normal position and not lowered, causing interference with the slide. It ended up being the takedown lever disconnect.Popped the FCU into the frame, slide the FCU pin in place and sure enough the slide cooperated without issue. I still think Glocks are the easiest handguns to work on and wish the Sig FCUs were just as simple. However, I'm glad I tagged this Youtube video as a favorite.
