The management was sometimes hard to handle, and when we were put under pressure, it was chaos.Texas Roadhouse is too cheap to give their employees health insurance. So they do this "financial assistance" program instead. It's a problem with two solutions: one, we abolish the system of connecting health insurance to employment, aka universal healthcare. Or two, Texas Roundhouse provides health insurance for their employees.
