Sep 20, 2016 · I was online through most of this morning hoping for an XL pick up. After about 3 hours I checked on the passengers app and notice there was no option for the XL vehicles. I wrote Uber partners and they responded with a canned email basically saying that I need to move into a busier area. Has anyone else encountered this problem today.
