Valkyr 1 is spiderman ability, not very useful except for fun memes. Valkyr 2 is attack speed (subsumable and pretty good) 3 is useless 4 is good. Talons are not very good though. Kullervo's 1 or some kind of armour strip are the best subsumes for valkyr. Tharros Strike, Shuriken, and Psychic Bolts are all subsumed armour strip abilities. Edit: Psychic Bolts is not subsumable.
