Well I found a solution to get around this, I basically did 3 things: I installed Ryujinx. I reached the point after this part where we can give the first save state. I copied the save file to Yuzu's saves. By doing this you can play with 60 Fps since on Ryjinx it is currently between 25 and 48 on average.
